Enjoyable, accessible movement encourages participation, coordination and physical confidence. Examples include Seated Dance and Seated Sports, adapted around the group.
Strengthen
Formats such as Functional Fitness and Stretch & Relax focus on everyday movement, flexibility and accessible physical activity, supporting confidence and active living.
Engage
Cognitive stimulation, reminiscence and sensory-based options encourage expression, shared enjoyment and meaningful social connection through Engage & Stimulate.
